The purpose of this project is to establish import-substituting production of modern technologies and create new jobs. The facility is located on the territory of the Fergana Mechanical Plant in its southwestern part of Khasanov Street in Fergana.

• The basis for the space-planning solution of the complex “Production of stamping parts for new car models of General Motors Uzbekistan CJSC” is the author’s presentation of the technological part of the project, i.e. the layout of the main building.
• With account to the multifunctional structure of the complex, the following independent zones are allocated on the site:
• - production area,
• - auxiliary zone, where engineering structures are located,
• - area of administrative and household premises with a dining room,
• - prospective development zone.
• The enterprise includes the following buildings and structures:
• - Administrative and household facility
• - Production facility
• - Dining room
• - Checkpoints - 2.
• - Industrial and fire water supply tanks of 2x500 m3
• - Pumping station
• - Boiler room
• - Cooling towers
• - Storm water treatment plants
• - Water intake well - 2 pcs.
• - Area for household waste
• - Parking lot for vehicles.
• Absolute elevations on the site range from 581.50m to 584.90m.
• Construction site 1.5 hectares
• Production program - 120 thousand sets of stamped and welded products per year.
• This project has been prepared on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law on Foreign Investment and Protection of Investor Rights, the Tax Code, as well as other resolutions of the Government of Uzbekistan that provide tax and other benefits to enterprises with foreign investment and enterprises producing components for General Motors Uzbekistan CJSC.
