To expand the designed facilities and lay additional communications, the project provides for space reservation.
Engineering support of the enterprise with electricity, communications, gas supply, water supply and sewerage is carried out by energy supply organizations pursuant to the Presidential Decree. Providing fire water supply is carried out through construction of 4 tanks with a capacity of 1000 m3 each. To fill the tanks, two wells are provided on the territory of the enterprise. Heat is provided by an individual boiler house built into the communal center; gas is used as fuel. Backup fuel is fuel oil. Electricity supply is provided by a transformer substation. External connection of transformers is carried out from the main step-down substation designed by the Sredazelektrosetproyekt institute on the territory of the enterprise. The compressor room is equipped with 4 Atlas Copco ZR425 compressors (1 reserve) with a capacity of 69.7 m3/min each, a power consumption of 450 kW, water-cooled, with a drying unit with a dew point of minus 20°C.
