Akhangaransement JSC is located in the Akhangaran city, Tashkent region. The cement production capacity of the plant is currently 1.65 million tons per year on 4 production lines operating using the wet method. The plant has its own infrastructure of utilities, railways, and roads. It is planned to build a new technological line for the production of cement on the free areas of the plant with a capacity of 2.2 million tons per year using the dry method. The main production workshops include:

• 1.Mining shop;
• 2. Raw materials shop;
• 3. Firing shop;
• 4. Grinding and packaging shop which consists of relevant departments.

The existing master plan is designed in accordance with technological requirements, sanitary and fire safety standards. The layout of the general plan is dictated by the functional relationship of the main production with auxiliary facilities. The main buildings of the plant are a complex, continuously working mechanism. The total area occupied by the buildings is 15,000 m². All buildings and facilities are accessible by vehicle. This pre-feasibility study provides for one option for the placement of the line as a technological solution, because further stages (feasibility study, WP) are developed with the involvement of foreign companies.

Development of working project documentation for the facility:

• STAGE 1. Coordination with the customer of the main provisions of the project's pre-feasibility study based on the initial data.
• STAGE 2. Adaptation of technological solutions developed by a foreign company to the conditions and requirements of regulatory documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• STAGE 3. Completion of development of all parts of the project's pre-feasibility study, delivery to the customer for examination in the prescribed manner.
