Project Description
The organization of assembly of light commercial vehicles of Peugeot brand in Djizak is based on the existing concept of assembly of Peugeot brand vehicles at PSA production facilities in Europe. All technical and technological development of the project, including assembly technology, fixtures and quality control system, were developed by Avtosanoat-Injiniring’s specialists together with PSA specialists. The project to organize the production of light commercial vehicles will be implemented in one stage. It is planned to install a welding line, a painting line, a pressing and assembly line at the production facilities of the newly created enterprise. At the same time, it is planned to organize a new vehicle quality inspection line with the testing equipment installation. The enterprise is designed to produce 16 thousand Peugeot cars per year, of which:
- “Peugeot Expert (G9) - 13,000 units per year;
- “Peugeot Boxer” (X250) - 3,000 units per year.
