This work was carried out based on the agreement No. 2959 of January 13, 1993, executed between the UZTIAJPROM Institute and the Tashkent Tractor Plant. The purpose of the work is to obtain reliable data on the technical condition of building structures at the transmissions shop technological site, to identify the reasons that led to current condition, recommendations for their further development and restoration. When developing recommendations, working drawings of the site developed in 1975 by the Uzgiprotiajprom Institute in Tashkent were used. The technological site is located inside the transmissions shop (workshop No. 14), which is, in its turn, located in the central part of the plant’s industrial site. The terrain of the site is relatively flat, fluctuations in absolute elevations near the building do not exceed 1 m. The technological site was built in 1976. It is a one-storey, single-span structure with dimensions of 65.1 x 4.8 m, site floor elevation +4.0 m. The site covering is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs with dimensions of 1.5 x 5.95 m and 1.5 x 1.55 m, and a monolithic reinforced concrete section 1.28 m wide arranged along the entire length of the site.
