The building of the Business Center of FE “TOSHKENT QOGOZI” LLC is located in the northwestern part of the territory of the “UzBoom Food” complex (under construction), located in the southeastern part of Tashkent in Yashnabad district, at 25, Fergana Yuli street and borders:
- - from the north-west and south-west: open parking lots (designed);
- - from the southeast: hotel (designed);
- - from the northeast: existing fencing of the area.
The area within the conventional boundary of the site is 0.5 hectares. The Business Center building is a 6-storey building with a basement parking lot for employees, overall dimensions: 98.6 x 32.4 m. The capacity of offices for rent is 1,192 seats. This project includes the following buildings and structures:
- - Business center with underground parking lot;
- - Chillers;
- - Diesel-electric power station (DEPS);
- - Air intake station;
- • - Smoke removal shafts.
