According to the decision, from April 1, 2023, individuals and legal entities who installed renewable energy sources with a total capacity of up to 100 kW, for a period of 3 years from the date of their commissioning, if they were installed with electrical energy storage systems with a capacity of at least 25% of the power installed solar panels - For a period of 10 years the following are exempt from payment:
- property tax on these devices;
- land tax on plots occupied by devices;
- income tax calculated on the profit received by legal entities for the sale of electricity to the public network.
According to the decision, entrepreneurs and foreign investors:
- sell electricity produced from renewable energy sources to government agencies and (or) regional electric networks at established tariffs, to other consumers at mutually agreed prices, on the basis of directly concluded, including long-term, contracts;
- will be able to install renewable energy devices in rented premises and sell the electricity generated by these devices.
From March 1, 2023, the Central Bank and commercial banks will introduce the “green energy” bank financing product.

- the requirement to install solar panels on at least 50% of the free part of the roofs of multi-storey buildings put into operation;
- it is prohibited to provide technical conditions for connecting to natural gas networks to newly created greenhouse farms and manufacturers of cement, brick and lime products;
- It is required that at least 50 percent of the electricity supply for household and technical needs of all fuel (gasoline, liquefied and compressed gas) gas stations in the republic and for lighting the territory is provided by solar panels installed at these facilities.
